1. Return Window
Eligible products can be returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, manuals, and proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, opened personal care items, and products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method after verification.
9. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged for the same item if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if an incorrect product was shipped, subject to stock availability.
